Nissan’s venerable Pathfinder first appeared on our shores way back in 1986. To celebrate the SUV’s 25th anniversary, Nissan will launch a Silver Edition trim for the 2011 model year. The Silver Edition bundles 17-inch wheels, a ten-speaker Bose sound system, satellite radio, Bluetooth connectivity, keyless entry and ignition, heated front seats, and leather seating. A 4.0-liter V-6 engine and five-speed automatic transmission are standard. The Silver Edition starts at $36,290 with rear-wheel drive or $38,290 if equipped with four-wheel drive. And, as you can see in the image above, it comes in colors other than silver.

There are two other small changes for the 2011 Pathfinder. The SE trim level has been renamed SV, and a new Espresso Black paint color is available.
